Are we ready to travel through wine again? I am. Let's Sip and Savor Summer Wines this May. After our first Stay Luxurious Wine Journey through Spain last summer, we instantly decided to offer a second annually and that is slated for September (end of summer). All the details are available on the site (see Spain Wine). And before we get there we decided to have a spring tasting to help us prepare. Let's discover more about the some of the wine of summer this May 3rd. For this tasting, we will explore the world of wine and highlight a few summer specialties to add to your collection and and pair them with some delightful tastes of summer As your guide, I will once again curate 5 wines and transport you to summer destinations including Spain to discover what makes wine so special. And as with all wine tastings we shall once again discuss all the details such as the grapes, regions, styles, tastes, pairing opportunities, fun facts, history, and also our personal experiences where applicable plus more through a 90 minute presentation. The list of curated wines will appear on our blog a month prior to the tasting, and as always 5 days prior I'll email those who signed up a specific yet simple instructions on how to prepare the wia complete list of for culinary tastes to pair with the selected wines, and simple instructions to make the most of our Stay Luxurious Wine Journey.
