The Wines - Vino
Vino y Vegan will deliver quality award winning wines with all the seleced wines receiving praise from known experts with all of them scoring over 90 pts. Each wine selected was based on the pairing of the tastes and specifically for the country origin of the dish. I even had help from sommeliers. The wines are from Greece, Italy, the US, Argentina, and France for our dessert course. The complete list of wines and their retail value are listed below.

The Cuisine - Vegan
One of my favorite reasons to travel remains the opportunity to experience culture through cuisine. The chance to learn a culture through meals at the dinner table from the food and conversation is something I plan to showcase on May 1st. The complete 5 course menu was created to take us on a journey through Europe and the Americas.
You will not only be surprised the entire menu is vegan (and probably be asking me for the recipes) but hopefully also impressed with the tastes themselves from this inspired (amateur) chef team.
The pairing event starts with appetizer course, followed by a pasta course, and then two dinner selections (mimicking meat courses),followed by a classic dessert.

Plus for everyone who arrives on time, expect to sample a mint julips if dressed for running of the Kentucky Derby. Ladies and gentleman wear your hats, doors to the club house open at 6:15pm.
